Vibrant and original, Jazz Mino is a pop artist, singer songwriter and busker with a unique style and unmatched talent. Based in London, she has been delighting audiences with her impeccable voice, catchy song-writing and charismatic charm.
Since captivating the London music scene with her debut single "Blue Eyes" [27 April 2015], Jazz Mino has released her Debut EP, "Out Of My Depth" and second single “Superwoman” [26 February 2016]. Recorded at Fossil Studios with UK No. 1 chart topping producer Raz Olsher, the success of “Superwoman” has seen Jazz Mino feature on BBC Radio Bristol, Record Of The Day and invited to play at "Innocent Unplugged" festival.
Although originally from Manchester, Jazz Mino spent most of her childhood in Somerset, where she finely crafted her skills as a songwriter; drawing inspiration from the likes of Johnny Cash, Etta James, Amy Winehouse, Sia and Lianne La Havas. Following this, Jazz Mino bought her first ukulele and began busking in Somerset, across to Bristol and finally on London’s South Bank, where she raised enough money to release her debut single, “Blue Eyes”.
The success of "Blue Eyes" began Jazz Mino's career, seeing her support Professor Green in the Kiss FM Music Cube, feature at various UK music festivals, supporting the likes of Noisettes and Jazz Mino's idol; Lianne La Havas. These slots resulted in Jazz Mino’s first international tour, sponsored by Beefeater Gin, where she grew a vast fan base across Europe.
This year, Jazz Mino has been enjoying experimenting with a more dance/pop vibe at Fossil Studios and is excited to bring to you her latest single, "Suffocate" [Release Date: 24 June 2016]. Mastered at the world famous Metropolis Studios in London and inspired by the sounds of Sia, Galantis and Clean Bandit; "Suffocate" is a summer hit in the making.
With a fresh new style, talk of a second EP, and more UK festivals; 2016 is looking like a promising year for Jazz Mino.
